Text: Following requests from the members we are introducing ONE DAY events hosted by member companies at various World Locations. We would now like to invite your company to participate in this scheme. This is an opportunity for you meet  top executives from potential clients and leading telecom companies on your own premises.

All we need to know at this stage is:

1. How many guests you can accommodate at your facility, (events will normally be from 20 to 200 persons).
2. The proposed location/s - with access details (i.e. nearest airport, train station, facilities for parking etc)
3. Physical amenities such as overhead projection, catering etc
4. Topics of interest your company would wish to present to the attendees, and/or demonstrations – viewing of facilities you will be able to include during the day.
5. Dates you wish offer after November 1st 2001 and during 2002.

Other than your own presentations (2) ITRE will select the speakers, prepare the agenda and organise the attendees. Please send the above information to eventhost-itre@itre.org

CONTACTS: However not everyone can attend all events they wish, and so we are now able to offer an alternative route to placing your business card and message in the hands of our members and subscribers. Please e-mail sample-itre@wax.net and we will send you back two examples of this new service.

TRAVEL: We have been asked by members to examine the possibility of arranging group travel and accommodation bookings for non ITRE events. We would like to hear from you ASAP if you would be interested in joining (via the UK) a party to visit the ITU Telecom Africa Event 12-16 November
