When you complete a form and your occupation is requested could you with all honesty give "professional" as your occupation and reap the rewards that go with it. It is not in doubt that you are professional but are you a "professional".

The Institute of Telecom Resellers is the only Institute which offers these criteria and would allow you to use the letters Memb. The Institute of Telecom Resellers behind your name (or Asso. ITRE if you are a member of one of the associated Industries) as a sign of your professionalism. If you would like to join the ITRE as a personal professional member you must have been active in the Telecommunications Industry for a minimum of two years and be able to prove it. You are then entitled to join us and we would respectfully request that you read the following code of ethics before applying to join. "A profession's ethical standards must
